AI Plumber operates a plumber-search, quote-comparison, and booking-assistance service. This policy explains the information we handle when you use our website, API, or agent tools.

Information we collect

• Service-request information: your name, phone number or email, service address, municipality, optional postal code and Toronto district, plumbing problem, urgency, preferred timing, and consent to be contacted.
• Support information: your email address and the message you send through our support form.
• Technical and attribution information: browser or agent user-agent, referring page, landing page, source platform, campaign parameters, and a randomly generated session or request reference. We do not use this information for behavioural advertising.

How we use information

We use it to understand the requested plumbing job, contact and evaluate prospective providers, return availability and quote options, coordinate a selected appointment, respond to support requests, prevent abuse, measure whether people and agents can find the service, and operate the service securely.

Who receives information

We may share the minimum job and contact details needed with independent plumbers and plumbing firms being considered for your request. Our hosting and infrastructure providers process data for us. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect users and the service. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

Retention

Service requests and support messages are retained for up to 180 days. Technical and attribution events are retained for up to 90 days. We may retain a record longer only when reasonably necessary for an active dispute, fraud prevention, or a legal obligation.

Your choices

You may ask us to access or delete your information, withdraw a pending service request, or correct inaccurate details through the support page. Withdrawing a request does not undo information already sent to a provider, but we will stop new outreach where reasonably possible.

Children

The service is intended for people who can authorize access to the service address. It is not directed to children under 13.

We may update this policy as the service changes. The current version and update date will remain available at this URL.
